You have flexibility in pricing within guidelines set by Cocoon CS. Typically, we offer a standard discount off the retail price. You can then price it for your clients in a way that reflects the value you provide.
How do I earn revenue as a reseller in addition to CISO services?
You buy licenses at a discounted partner rate and resell them at market price or bundle them with your consulting services. The difference between your purchase price and your client’s purchase price is your additional margin.
Do I pay commission on my initial hours or resold licenses?
Cocoon CS only takes a commission on hours or fees beyond the initially scoped engagement for referred clients.
What happens if a client I resold the software to also wants a direct contract with Cocoon CS?
We honor existing reseller agreements. In such cases, we would coordinate with you to ensure proper handoff or continued reseller support, depending on the client’s preference.
Do I need separate agreements to resell the software?
Yes, typically you will sign a Reseller or Channel Partner Agreement in addition to the CISO Partner Agreement to clarify discounted rates, pricing rules, and support obligations.
